Women's Rings with Hidden Compartments for Secret KeepsakesAntique Late Victorian Recycled Diamond Engagement Ring

Circa 1890's, an antique five stone hand cut Diamond engagement ring, a wonderful choice for the history lover. Five olden Diamond boulders graduate across the finger to whisper a twinkly treasure which is gentler than the harsh glitter of modern Diamonds and interestingly the hand cut Diamonds date to an earlier time and were recycled in the making of this ring (of great comfort if the ethicality of Diamonds is a concern). They were cut in the old mine way  and have a fabulous and quirky individuality to each stone (see their chunky profiles in our side view pics).

Mounted entirely in 18ct Yellow Gold with intricately hand carving to the gallery, this piece has been latterly hallmarked during the 1980's as was required at the time and this mark sits along side the original '18CT' workshop stamp. The ring size is a 'P' or '7.5' as is but it could be altered to suit quite easily, so leave a message on your order form to request this free service. The carat weight is very difficult to assess without unsetting the gems, but we would say at least a carat combined.
